Professional Development Program
With more than 15 years of working as a partner with our clients, we know the ins-and-outs of how they hire their sales leaders and sales executives. We also have seen the mistakes candidates make on their resume or how they handle themselves in interviews and negotiations.
This development program grew out of requests by our candidates. It is designed to guide you in job searches and transitions. The program consists of four, one-hour classes, plus additional one-on-one coaching. All of the classes and coaching will be led by Lisa Sacchetti.
Through the four classes you will learn:
- How to write a sales-focused resume
- How to uncover hidden positions in the market
- How to work effectively with multiple recruiters at once to maximize your opportunities
- Effective interviewing strategies and how to prepare for interviews
- Offer negotiation: when and when not to negotiate
With private one-on-one coaching sessions we will:
- Evaluate your current sales resume and make it more marketable
- Talk through your current interviews to strategize on how you can stand out from your competition
- Work together to overcome barriers to entry into a new industry that you have not sold into before
- Brainstorm on where passive positions might be specific to your experience
